Budget Analyst
Levi is currently with NOAA as a Budget Analyst with the Weather Program Office. His current emphasis is establishing efficiencies in reference to budget formulation and budget execution using Smartsheets. Levi has been in his current position for two years and is looking towards to the future what lies ahead while working within the Weather Program Office.
Levi brings over 20 years in different capacities of Finance which includes payroll, budget, reconciliations and accounts payables/receivables. He has worked for the United States House of Representatives, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Pentagon Force Protection Agency, and FEMA.

Levi Matthews is originally from Wilmington, Delaware. He joined the United States Army on September 8, 1987 and left the military in 1995 in which he had careers as a Missile Launcher and Finance Specialist. In 2003, Levi decided to further his education at the Seattle Central Community College. He completed his Associates of Arts Degree in 2005 with emphasis in Accounting and Business. In 2012, Levi enrolled at the University of Maryland University College to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with minor in Business/Public Policy. Levi graduated in 2016.
