The Division oversees and manages the strategic planning, annual out-year planning, and financial and programmatic evaluation processes for WPO including the development and tracking of performance indicators. This helps ensure that the office remains focused on its strategic objectives, operates efficiently, and continually evaluates its performance to make informed decisions and improvements.
