Jennifer Leaman serves as the Office Management and Coordinator for the Weather Program Office (WPO). With nearly a decade of administrative experience across education, sales, and customer service, Jennifer has developed a strong foundation in organizational leadership. Her passion for teaching led her to spend 10 years in early childhood education, with 6 years dedicated to management and program coordination before transitioning to the federal field.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has led multiple teams, devised effective strategies, managed projects, and implemented operational improvements. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants as a self-proclaimed foodie, and expressing her creativity through art, including painting murals in studios, stores, and schools.
