James is a Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO, Australia. James’ research is focussed on developing and verifying ensemble streamflow prediction methods from hours to months in advance, and implementing these methods in operation. James is a co-chair of HEPEX, a community of practice in hydrological ensemble prediction, a member of WMO’s Joint Working Group on Forecast Verification Research, and a member of the WMO’s Research Board Task Team on Hydrology Research.
