The M&A Division develops and communicates office-wide policies that pertain to various management and administrative areas. These policies serve as guidelines and standards to govern how different aspects of office operations should be conducted, ensuring consistency and compliance.
The Division is responsible for efficiently managing the office’s records management, property inventory, supplies, and overseeing facility requests related to WPO’s physical workspace. The Division is also responsible for overseeing and managing the overall travel process within the office. This includes coordinating and facilitating both individual and group travel requests, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring that all travel-related arrangements are in place.
