Division Chief – Observations and Research Support
Mark is the Division Chief for the Weather Program Office (WPO) Observations and Research Support Division. At WPO, he was the previous Program Manager and the OAR Program Manager for the $75M FY18 and FY19 Disaster Supplementals. Mark’s experience includes roles as: NOAA Program Manager for the Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR), NOAA Performance Director; Deputy Director of OAR PPE; Program Manager of NOS’ National Operational Coastal Modeling Program; and an assignment at the Executive Office of the President Office of Science and Technology Policy.
