The M&A Division leads WPO’s efforts in prioritizing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Accessibility (DEIJA) by developing and coordinating the implementation of our DEIJA strategic plan. This encompasses everything from  cultivating critical and intentional partnerships, and strengthening the WPO workforce, to employee wellness and office culture. The Division also fosters employee engagement through events, retreats, and other activities. In addition, the Division focuses on  organizational health, office culture, and employee satisfaction.
