Several of our scientists, PIs and staff are attending the 2018 American Geophysical Union Fall Meeting from December 10th – 14th, 2018 in Washington, DC. This year’s meeting promises to mark many “firsts.” The first Fall Meeting held in Washington, D.C. A focus on ethics, diversity and inclusion and exploration of the many dimensions of science’s impact on society.
The meeting brings together more than 20,000 scientists, educators, students, and other professionals from across the weather, water, and climate community. Attendees encounter unique opportunities to share with, learn from, and collaborate with their colleagues to further advance the scientific community’s understanding of how the entire Earth system works, functions, and evolves.
